** WAVE STUDENT CONFERENCE **

The WAVE Student Conference is a gathering of Middle School, High School, and College-Aged Students who come together to experience Christ through powerful worship, impactful messages, and authentic community. The conference will be held on July 17-19, 2024 at Celebration Church (601 WESTINGHOUSE RD) in Georgetown, TX, just 25 miles north of Austin. ** REGISTRATION RATES **

Early Registration: $200 (April 12 - June 16) | Regular Registration: $230 (June 17 - July 14)

The registration fee includes conference admission, transportation, lodging, and most meals (breakfast, lunch). Students must bring additional funds for snacks, drinks, and dinner (approximately $30). We will provide pizza on Friday evening. Though not required, conference resources and merchandise will be available for purchase at the church (approximately $25-50).

Please note: The conference is expected to sell out quickly. Only 45 tickets are available for Harvest City, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

** TRANSPORTATION **

We will depart Harvest City Church (4906 STAHL RD, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78217) on Wednesday, July 17 at 2:00 PM and return on Saturday, July 20 at approximately 12:00 PM. Students will be transported in either a 15-passenger van or a personal vehicle driven by one of our adult chaperones.

** LODGING **

Hotel reservations have been made at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Round Rock, TX (2960 HOPPE TRAIL). The suites include two double beds and a trundle bed, allowing each guest to have their own sleeping space. The rooms are also equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and wifi. A complimentary breakfast is included. Room assignments will be given the week before departure. Most suites will be shared by two or three students and one adult chaperone. All chaperones attending have completed a background check and our screening process.
